Airport Check-in

At Suvarnabhumi Airport. Bangkok Airways Check-in and Ticketing Office locations

1. Kiosk Check-in are located at Passenger Terminal level 4. Self-Service Bag Drop are located at Check-in Row D, E and also avaiable at Row B, C, J and R.
2. Agent Service Desk are located at Row D and F, Passenger terminal level 4.
3. Ticketing office is located in passenger terminal level 6 opposite to entrance number 3.

Minimum Connecting Time (MCT)

If passenger has connecting flight to/from Bangkok Airways, we require Minimum Connecting Time (MCT) as followings:

• International to Domestic 1.15 hours
• Domestic to International 1.15 hours
• International to International 1.15 hours
• Domestic to Domestic 1.15 hours

Passengers, holding separate tickets or having connecting time less than mentioned Minimum Connecting Time, will fully take responsibility for the flight miss connection.

Check-in Time

• Domestic : At least 1.30 hours before departure time.
• International : At least 2 hours before departure time.
• Passenger must present Passport / Official ID Card (Original) / Travel Document needed upon check-in.
• Passenger must present themselves and check in with Bangkok Airways staff before check-in counter is closed;
  • Domestic Flight: Check-in Desk will be closed 40 minutes before departure time.
  • International Flight: Check-in Desk will be closed 50 minutes before departure time.
• Bangkok Airways Check-in closing time at other Airports may vary. Please check with Call center 1771 and Bangkok Airways Ticketing Office.

Travel Document

• Each passenger is solely responsible for preparing travel document before travelling on domestic or international flight.
• Credit card must be presented upon check-in as purchasing through Bangkok Airways website or Credit Suite (by phone payment).

Baggage

• Baggage must not contain any prohibited items or dangerous goods. To read more on Dangerous Goods policy, click here.

Departure

• Boarding gate will be closed 15 minutes prior to departure time or you will not be accepted for the flight
• Hand carry baggage allowance is 7 kgs. Passenger is required to place the hand carry baggage in the overhead compartment or under the front seat.

Note: One item of unchecked baggage allowance for passenger travelling to/from Luang Prabang does not exceed 5 kilograms. To read more on unchecked baggage policy, click here.
